Wifi 6 router via volt

Not sure if this is in the right section.Looking at new customer contract, bigger combo volt bundle with m500 upgraded to 1gigWould we get the hub 5 with WiFi 6, or just a hub 4 without wifi6 as not paying the 1gig price, if that makes sense

Exposed cable in garden

The cable must not have been buried properly. Today I noticed part of the green housing tube had been cut off by a lawnmower leaving the cable within it exposed! This is a serious risk, please can somebody advise?

Hello I placed an order for M125 Fibre Broadband on 03/06 and got a order reference number with a delivery date of 06/06 but i haven’t got any mail since.I cant register as a member as i only got order reference. thanks ,Win

Removing cables on my property

Hi Laura, I have the exact same problem. can you advise what you did? A neighbour told me the previous owner allowed wires to be installed as he got some favourable deal with VM. The wiring is very messy. No regard for property
