Constant disconnection

Resolved! Connect app & Hub 4

Just installed new Hub 4 and all working OK. Thought I’d instal Connect app and use it to check wifi around house.App says it cannot find my Hub….. Have re-booted Hub Nd re- loaded app - no go. Any thoughts, please?

How do I order Wifi Pods

I upgraded to the Gig1 service and was told I could order up to 3 wifi pods. I have spent an hour looking through the VM website and I can find nowhere to order the pods from. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks in advance everyone
