Hi there, how do I go about giving positive feedback for the technician that installed a new system at my home today? I don't have access to the email account on record (where the survey email is being sent!) but I think his service needs rewarding. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you - PJ

We can check this and ensure the technician and they're manager are made aware of this, credit where credit is due. You mentioned issues with an email account, is this still causing problems?

Re the email account, yes unfortunately this still isn't working. I did ring to speak to someone and they were very helpful, but it still says my inbox is unavailable. Any help with that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks again for taking the time to reply.
Hello Robert could I please leave some positive feedback too. I can't find any other way to do this. My name is Andrew Macnamara and my account is removed. Hello! I've also had a wonderful experience with an engineer who deserves the praise and recognition.
There is a link on the leaflet he left us virginmedia@qualtrics-survey.com however it doesn't seem to work/doesn't take me to any web address.
His name is Dylan 73751.
Dylan was extremely helpful and although we didn't find out how to resolve the problem (as this was an area connectivity issue), he stayed and tried various different ways to improve our connection. He also spoke to neighbours and realised it was an area wide issue and not just from our connection. He spent a lot of time with us and didn't show any signs of frustration/negativity when doing so!

There is a link on the leaflet he left us virginmedia@qualtrics-survey.com however it doesn't seem to work/doesn't take me to any web address.
His name is Dylan 73751.
Dylan was extremely helpful and although we didn't find out how to resolve the problem (as this was an area connectivity issue), he stayed and tried various different ways to improve our connection. He also spoke to neighbours and realised it was an area wide issue and not just from our connection. He spent a lot of time with us and didn't show any signs of frustration/negativity when doing so!
