Unable to leave positive feedback for technician using the YourOpinion Survey
Hi There to all at Virgin Media,
I had a really great technician come out to my home today 09 April 2024, his name was Andrew and his ID no. is 46566.
He came to resolve issues I was having with my Broadband and he was great, he was really polite and patient and he worked hard to identify where the issue was and to fix it.
He handed me a survey to complete and I wanted to do this and leave him a fantastic review and rate him 10/10, but the link of YourOpinion@survey.virginmedia.co.uk does not work. Please can you see that this technician receives the great feedback and praise that he deserves and that his manager is made aware of his great work!
