Recently had broadband installed and the guy was pretty sound. Asked me to leave a review through the youropinion survey with a provided link but that link doesn’t work ?
I would be more than happy to give the techs name and ID as it was well deserved.

In the same vein Vasilaki 60369 (or maybe 8, his engineering skills are way better than his writing ;-)) fixed my problem last month and he was absolutely first rate. But I never received the review request.
Hi there I could not rate from this link sent to my phone ( to fill in the survey) for this nice guy from customer service from Virgin Media, as the number is not available with me at the moment. But I had the best customer service experence today (27/05/25) He was very patient, very clear and helpful. He definitely deserves the highest rating which I think is 4 on the survey if I am not wrong. I want to help him because he deserves it please can you update it for me on the system thank you! His name is Pritlvi (I don't know if I spelt it correctly but roughly like that)
