Why are Virgin media Apps so useless. Can never find my hub. When on chat constantly disconnecting. Total and utter rubbish. Don't bother telling me it is my connection as that is virgin also,

Hi,My broadband went down today whilst work was done.When it came back on I can connect to my superhub 4 via ethernet but no devices can connect via wi fi any more.It says "failed to obtain IP address".Any help would be much appreciated
