WiFi pod not working

Had mains power off today for 15 minutes and now WiFi pod is not working.  No lights at all and not showing on connect app.  Have done factory reset to hub but still nothing.  Anyone can help will be appreciated

Hi,our Wi-Fi signal has been so intermittent it’s becoming a pain, boot reboot etc. I have been offered an upgrade to a hub 4, however I would need an engineer to install it, can I pay for the installation by engineer?
