Resolved! Wifi no longer visible on London underground

Hi all,  I noticed for the first time today that the usual virgin media WiFi network isn't there on the tube. Is this being phased out?     [MOD EDIT: Please see update on post 111 here]

Hub3 Overheating

I’m have a red light on my virgin media Hub3 and it feels hot to touch. I've tried unplugging it to cool it down but the red light is still there when I reboot. I still have internet but it's not perfect.

Broken Outside Cable box

Hello, please can someone come and replace/repair the external cable box - it is broken with exposed wires. As a public footpath runs along the wall, we are concerned that this might be a safety issues. Many thanks.

Why can’t I speak to a person

Cant for the life of me get in touch with a person I have to reset my hub every hour tried a full factory reset every solution with the chat bot or help is always just unplug the hub or reset the hub obviously the hub is the problem.
