Resolved! Constant red light on hub

Hi red light is on constant on my hub 3 done all the reset and turn it off at socket but it still stays on have phone virgin media but they say there’s no problem when they do the test from their side. Can someone help me out please.

MDD message timeout

Ever since upgrading to Hub 5 I am having regular MDD timeout error. Had engineer in to fix but issue is still ongoing. At least 3 to 5 service disruptions a day. Any other advice?
