Gave up on the hub5 and switched to hub 4

I've had constant issues with  the hub5 so i changed to the hub 4,even the technician visit I had yesterday said the hub 5  was rushed out to quick,when I set the hub4 up I ran the diagnostic tool in the hub ui setting and it said I had network issue...
