Hub 5x Flashing Blue

Hi all,Router just suddenly lost connection to the internet and after several resets just flashes blue at me.No issues in the local area it seems, tried ringing tech support with no success, any ideas?

I think it's called that. The router Yiu get when changing to 2g broadband has only one output that actually supports 2g. The yellow ports support 1g. Isn't it weird?

Hub 3 Restarting

Hi,Ive got a Virgin Media Hub 3.0 in an extender mode ( I changed the IP address to 192.168.0.253 and un checked the DHCP server) but it keeps on restarting. Can anyone help?Lewis
