Resolved! My virgin media app in a loop

Periodic resign in yesterday but when I do the biometric it goes back to initial screen.   I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app but still the same.

Not getting verification email

Just got a new sim nearly a week ago and sim just arrived, but I can't seem to log into My Virgin media account as email is not verified but I'm not receiving any verification emails even after clicking the resend email option multiple times.

Unable to reset password

Hi, I am not able to reset my password for my account. I have read through many posts and have tried clearing cookies, history and tried on a different browser. Please can you advise what I need to do to be able to reset. Thanks
