Stac code

Hi, I'm about to change over to Virgin fibre broadband, my current provider (3) have said I must send a stac code to you, I have everything on place to change but there's no mention of giving you a stac code, how do I do this please?

My sons trying to cancel now. It has been 3 hours. Still can't cancel. He ring cancelation number and they transfer to different departments but line keeps going dead. This is shocking service.
