Hi,I have just received my bill and am being charged for sky entertainment when I haven’t added this.  Can somebody contact me about removing this and giving me a credit. Just tried your call centre and got cut off. Thanks Mark

Returned router but no acknowledgement

Hi, as part of leaving Virgin Media, I returned my router and other bits required via Yodel. The Yodel app reports that Virgin Media received the parcel 2 days ago, but I have had zero ackowledgement. Can this please be confirmed? Thanks,Julian
