Just to advise, everyone should be able to access their VM account or go through the single sign-on registration process [if they have been presented with that page], as access issues were resolved yesterday.

If this is not the case for you, then we urgently advise for you to please create your own post outlining what issues you are having, specifically. To continuously add to this tread increases the chance that your post might get responded to in a timely fashion as this thread gets longer.
