New customer - cannot link account as email is wrong

Hi, as per other news users, I am not being allowed to set up my new Virgin Media account as being told that my email address doesn't match. I have triple checked all credentials and am 100% using the correct details.

Cannot ask me to send screenshot as you are aware this is a problem throughout. Please fix for me and let me know once done.
