Resolved! Extend cancellation date

Hi,I've recently cancelled my services to go with a different provider however my installation date has been moved. Is there any way for me to extend my cancellation date to ensure I don't end up without phone or broadband?ThanksKieran

Overcharging since January

I have been overcharged for my broadband since January 2024. I got a credit after calling the customer service line for 3 month and again they overcharged the amount they credited and more in following month. Now when I call the help line it connects...
