eBilling

Hi, I am unable to switch to paperless eBilling. There is no option available to enable it in my account settings. I also tried calling 150 but could not get through to a person to speak to.Please can somebody help with this? Thanks.

Why am I receiving a "pre-contract" email?

Re: Hub 3 Light Indicator Issue ...

Same issue here!  The hub has had a red light for weeks.  It is not hot, well ventilated. I have restarted the router (no joy), and then reset it (still no joy).  Could someone from Virgin Media DM me, please, to arrange an engineer visit?
