Cordless phone - crackles and caller cannot hear me

Home phone not working

My home phone not been working for a couple of days in FK5 area. Service status says there’s no issues but phone line completely dead with no dialling  tone and if you phone it line goes straight to voicemail 

Newbury RG18 no landline since Friday

We have had no dial tone or landline operation since we tried the phone at 20:00 Friday 28th Oct Trying to report via the Virgin status check service is a mare, hence this post...Can anybody give some detail to the failure? is it a fault with Virgin ...

Hub 3 REN

I have a Hub 3.0 and have been told the landline will be disconnected and moved to the modem next month. What is the maximum REN the modem will provide?

Landline charges for calling mobile number

On a home telephone which has calling plan talk anytime why do Virgin Media charge for calling a mobile number which is Tesco Mobile who use the O2 network. Would be interested to know if other people also experience this issue as well

Resolved! Landline not working

Since last night my landline has been down I’ve checked all other phone within the house and it’s the same no dial tone. I can not make or receive calls. I need to have use of my landline as it is connected to my MEC. Please resolve this issue.
