Replacement External Phone Wall Cover

I keep trying to report that the external wall cover is literally handing off my wall but every time I rung customer services I can’t get through to the right area to report it

does anyone know which options I have to press to get through to a person, so that I can report it please? 
Every option I’ve tried just sends me links to “how tos” and then hangs up.

I have seen some else post the same issue before and the advice given by one user was to wait in here and Virgin will send a private message, which they did so i am copying this communication method.

    Thanks for your first post and welcome to our community.
    Sorry to hear you are having an issue trying to arrange a replacement cover.
    I'd like to investigate this for you and book an engineer to pop round to do this.
    If you don't mind, I'll need to send you a private message to pass security. 
    If you can check your logo at the top right of your screen that would be great.

      Thank you for the reply, new to this forum so  not sure how it works.  I insert a picture of missing external phone cover that needs replacing.  I have not included address yet as i just want to make sure when  i do via this message that its a private message to your furum team only.
