Hi,
I’ve switched over to a new iPhone and cannot download my eSIM to the new phone. I removed to eSIM profile from the old phone, scanned the QR code from my online account and it does not work. The error message that comes up is “Unable to Activate eSIM. You can try again or contact your network provider”
I’ve tried several times over the past 24 hours but no luck.
Appreciate some support to get this sorted please.

In order to look into this for you further, we'll send you a private message on here. Look out for the envelope in the top right-hand corner.
If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.
