Voicemail Pin - Unknown

Hi all, 

I'm currently away travelling for summer, and I've received a few voicemails that I'd like to check but everytime I go to it, it asks for a PIN that I don't recall setting up? I don't remember ever setting a PIN for my voicemail. 

I have already tried the default PIN (from reading online), but that hasn't worked. 

Could I get some help, please?
