Having just left Plusnet, thinking everything had been done in the switch over, I now find I am being billed twice over for the want of the STAC code..
Can someone please enlighten me as to how I get the STAC code into the Virgin system? Please!

Just to confirm, are you looking to keep your mobile number you had with Plusnet and transfer that to us, or are you happy to have your old number ceased and have a new number with Virgin Media?
