O2 switch related? People can't call me

I've been attempting to have people call me to see if they can. They cannot. I had phone problems with the SIM not being read on the switch date, and now have a new phone. Upon looking at my SIM details it says Virgin SIM, unknown number.

It's strange as I can call others but they cannot call me. I don't know what to do. Any help would be appreciated.

In order to look into this for you further, we'll send you a private message on here. Look out for the envelope in the top right-hand corner.

If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.
