We're sorry to hear of the billing issues regarding your O2 SIM, we appreciate you raising the issue via the forums.
To check on the O2 side of your package you would need to contact them directly, we don't currently have access to their systems to be able to assist with this via the forums. Their contact details can be found here.

Thanks - obviously I tried everything (except call - spent too many hours being lied to).
Only thing that has worked is Twitter.
