I renewed my Virgin Media contract last December, keeping the same contract as I had previously. This contract included a mobile phone connection. Since upgrading I have had no mobile connection. Checking my contract part of the monthly subscription includes a £10 per month charge for the mobile which I have been paying for almost a year now but have had no mobile connection. Do you know how I can get my mobile contract reconnected and also I feel I should be reimbursed for the 11 months that I have been paying for something I have not been receiving. I am also an 02 customer and on a Volt upgrade.
