That is exactly why I would like to get a pod to see if it will sort out the issue. I used to have the same problem on the upper floor of my house and a pod in the right place sorted it. VM guarantees at least 30Mb in every room. The contract I have says I am entitled to 3 pods free of charge. I have sent a screen shot of the result I get but just get told to run the app again and forward the result, which of course you can’t do because there is no WiFi signal. VM just seem to be very reluctant to give pods even though my contract says I can have up to 3 free of charge. Re: How to order WFI Pods This is the result I get every time I run the test, as I walk across the kitchen the WiFi Signal gets weaker and weaker then drops out all together. Last test I ran at one side of the room I was getting 91Mb and at the other no WiFi connection. This is the reason I was requesting an additional pod to see if it resolves the issue like the one I have installed upstairs. Re: How to order WFI Pods Hi Carley_S, thanks for getting back to me. when I run a speed test in my kitchen the speed seems to vary quite a bit, but it is always a lot slower than the rest of the house. When I tried to run the scan today it actually dropped out all together and switched to 5G screenshot below, the last test I did successfully was 91mb download 65 up. As I sometimes work from home and set my computer up in the kitchen it is not ideal when the WiFi keeps dropping out. Any help would be greatly appreciated How to order WFI Pods Hi, I have a dead spot in the Wifi in my house and have been trying for sometime to get a POD to see if this will resolve the issue. I have run the App signal tester and this indicates there is an area with poor a wifi signal. When I do the test then go to the WiFi max web page all I get is a blank screen as shown below. I have contacted VM via the chat line a number of times and they just tell me to carry the same procedure, which I do but with the same result, the blank page shown below! Can anyone please advise on what I can next to resolve my problem. I have one POD already which covers one side of my house but it does not extend the signal to the rear. Thanks
