I just tried to access my voicemail and was denied.
It asked for my Virgin phone number which I duly entered - only to be told it was not recognised!
Is this something to do with the switch to O2?
Very annoying as I have messages I need to access.

Hey Servalan, thank you for reaching out and I am sorry to hear this.
If you are being migrated or have been migrated to O2 your voicemail would be with them now and not Virgin.
If you haven't been migrated yet there shouldn't be any problems accessing it. Cheers

I have accessed my O2 voicemail and retrieved my messages now.
