Landline is going straight to voicemail without ringing.

Hi,

It's been a few days now but as post title says, landline phone is going straight to voicemail. It does not ring. This is odd in itself since I've never found or been able to access voicemail on this handset so assumed I hadn't got that feature. I can phone out though I've only tried ringing my mobile. Yep, straight to voicemail. What's happened?

Thanks for your post, welcome to the Community Forums.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with your landline phone. 

I've had a look from this side and can very recently see that your landline service has been migrated to the VoIP line (through your Hub). If your landline is still plugged into your wall socket and your voicemail is still working, the voicemail service being used may be one built-in on the handset in use. 

Can you please confirm if you have received the RJ11 adapter (small white adapter) from us and if you have your landline l=plugged into the Hub through TEL port 1? If not, please do connect the landline to the Hub for us and let us know if you're still having issues. We'll be more than happy to help further
