What is going on with TV Go registrations?

Device Registration is not working correctly.

I have been locked out from watching TV on TV Go app on all my devices, because registered devices has been exceeded.

It is not recognising any of the existing registrations as valid on any device.

I tried to replace a registered device, and having done so, it refused to recognise the nbewly registered device as valid. After using up the two available registration slots it has locked me out until 1st October 23.

Please reset the registered devices on my account, and please explain why TV Go device registration isn't working properly.

Sorry to hear this is happening to you, I would like to go about looking into this with you, for me to do so I  will need to confirm some information from you in a quick private message, if you have not used this feature before you can access this via  the envelope at the top of your screen.
