Even though the 2.4 is on. I would like to be able to stop the SSID though. If it ia a firmware update they should say so but all it says is "To stop your home WiFi being held back, we’d like to enable both of the networks. This’ll allow our latest Intelligent WiFi technology to switch your devices between the two WiFi networks while you move around the house – so you can enjoy better WiFi signal. " All on already. The 5GHz one can be changed if I change the name and change it back again but the 2.4GHz one remains disabled and grayed out. I have wifi pods on the way and would like to set up a single SSID but can't because of this. Also why does the 5GHz channel keep reverting to 42 when I set it to above 56 even though everything smart and auto is set to off?
