Hi, we only have the Virgin Broadband only package however I received an email from them telling me about the apps available. I have downloaded Virgin TV Go from Playstore however whenever I log in I get an error message telling me that "we can't sign you in right now, please try again in a few minutes", it has been like this for weeks even after removing and reinstalling the app. I am now wondering if maybe we don't have access as we only have the broadband package. Does anyone know?

You need to have TV service with VM in order to be able to use the TVGO app.
Have you thought about adding the Stream box to your broadband service?
