I am trying to get a 2 step verification code from Virgin  to sign in to F-secure. Can anyone help please

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community. Apologies for any issue with F-Secure. From a system check, I can see you've spoke to the team and they've advised to speak directly with F-Secure - were you able to do this?

its sorted now, nearly. The only problem is that I am unable to use the Safari extension on F-secure. Any advice would be helpful
