US Power levels and random packet loss on BQM

Hi guys,

I've been using Virgin Gig1 for a while now and after browsing through my BQM's I noticed some random packet loss here and there and wanted to check my upload power levels are within spec. Recently I've been noticing quite a few messages about packet burst and packet loss while playing MW2, which yes after the new update runs like crap but sometimes I play with a friend and he is not experiencing any packet loss at all (he's on an Openreach FTTP connection). 

My setup is just a Hub 5 and PC is connected to the 2.5G ethernet port.

So I'm just wondering if my upstream levels are fine (some random packet loss as seen in the graph below) or any other errors seem out of spec.

Up power levels are at the bottom of the power range.  Will need VM to comment if there is an issue

Thanks for using the Community Forums to get this issue with your connection looked into, I am sorry if this has been causing some frustration 😥 I would be more than happy to look into this for you!

I have already taken some time to check out your Hub's stats and can see that both upload & download are out of spec, which may be causing your connection issues like you thought. 

It'll need an engineer visit to rectify, so I'll send you a private message now to get it booked in for you 👨‍🔧
