Synchronization loss (RCS Partial Servce, T3 timeout)

I am making this post to make my conversations with the support agents easier.

I had this same issue at the beginning of May, five weeks ago, and it was resolved by the changes made in the cabinet on the street. Now the issues are back again.

My Hub 3 loses connection to the Virgin network every 2-3 hours, and sometimes - up to 2-10 times in a quick succession (say, every two to five minutes).

Got and engineer visit who plugged me into different port in the street cabinet and upgraded me from Hub3 to Hub5. So far so good! (knock on wood)
