Slow upload speed

Getting upload speed of 0.9 for a few days now in M26 area. I have rebooted, turned off/on, changed wifi to "one wifi". Nothing is working. Can anyone in the community tell me what is happening with Virgin broadband in my area? Download speed isnt affected.

I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your upload speeds at the moment, I have looked into this and can see that there is an issue in your area that has an estimated fix time of 12pm on Sunday 11th June. Might be worth a call just in case the fix takes longer than the initial estimate.
