R.E - Less than 1Mb upload speed

For the last few days my upload speed is hardly above 1Mbps, Downloading is around 260Mbps. 

Hub stats are pretty good via 192.168.100.1, Hub has been rebooted several times, No issues behind the hub (modem mode). 

Can anyone at VM help please ?

Since you have your own router, the first step is to disconnect that and connect a device directly to the Hub by ethernet. Repeat the speed tests. What do you get?
