Web Safe won’t turn off

Hi,

seems a common issue but my web safe is switched off but it’s acting like it’s switched on.

It’s been the same since I got broadband installed a few months back.

Please help me out.

Hi @DATM91 thanks for posting and welcome to our community.

Sorry to hear you've been unable to deactivate/switch off Web Safe from your side.  And for any inconvenience this may have caused. When you sign into my virgin media, and check does it show both "Virus Safe" and "Child Safe" as being switched off?  It's sometimes very easy to overlook.  However, as you've reached out to us here, I would love to take a look on your behalf.
