Earlier delivery date - text

I am due to have my quick start package delivered on the 8th April, however, I received a text claiming to be from Virgin Media saying they can deliver my package earlier. The number the text was sent from was 07********.

Is this a genuine VM contact number? Just wanted to check before responding.

I'm sorry to hear about the confusion you're having with the delivery date.
Have you tried to ring our pre-installations team to see what they advise on the matter?

Give them a ring on 0800 183 1234 and our team will confirm. 🧾
