Hi all
no matter how many password versions I’ve tried (and I’ve used multiple browsers to do so) I’ve been able to reset my password. I see this issue has been happening for years. A bit ridiculous Virgin have not figured out a way to resolve this. I’ve never had a similar issue experiences with any other company!
can anyone from virgin help?
