Hi All,

Virgin have been in my street running cables within the existing BT ducts for the past few months. I'm not too sure with my house being a new build If they'll be installing the little VM access points at each house or can just use existing ducts from the main BT access holes.

On the VM website it has been down as "We're on the way" for quite some time. My dilemma is my existing contract with another ISP is due for renewal soon. Is virgin able to give a rough indication of when I can order to see if it's worth not renewing with my ISP? If I renew with my current ISP I'll not be able to switch to VM for another 18 months.
