Hi, we have had 2 different companies engineers out to install fibre both have confirmed that the fibre cables present on our road and the ones located at my front door are virgin media fibre cables and that we should be able to get virgin fibre.
unfortunately we are not showing as “live” on virgin media website checker or when I ring. Really disappointing

If you're not listed as live why have they been taking your order and sending contractors to you?
