New customer hub 5 solid blue light

Tried all the steps to fix hard reset the router, just have a solid blue light since Installation. Logged into the router and it say requesting cm ip address. What do I do next? Any thoughts thanks in advance

Thanks for taking the time to contact us via the Community. It's lovely having you on board with us in the Forums.

We're sorry to hear you're having an issue with your Hub. It doesn't look as though the equipment has been added to things this side which is why it's not working. 

Please give the team a call on 150 / 0345 454 1111 so they can take some information from you regarding the hub and gt it added. Once this is done, the hub can then be correctly activated.
