Hub4 power issue

How do I get a replacement hub and power plug sent out without an engineer visit?

there is a power issue with my hub 4, the power brick light just pulses, unless I switch the hub off using its little switch, then the little green light goes solid again. 
I just need a replacement sent out, I can swap it out myself, I’m also an on-call engineer, so I never know when I’m going to be in or not to book an appointment.

Because of recent Hub stock issues - VM aeew reluctant to just send Hubs out on request - they want their Teck to assess each issue.  So just call it in and get a suitable slot for their visit
