my new build is set up with virgin media points. The developer today says all cables are installed underground and just needs connecting in box across the road. Neighbours already have it. But 4 hours on the phone to people and live chats and NON of them get it. I need an engineer to come out and connect me. This is the hardest company in the world to give money to it seems. im not wasting anymore time. I will seek out services elsewhere. unbelievable
