It seems that Virgin have a bit of a habit of this....
My drive has been blocked today while they dig up the pathway. Neither my neighbours or I have received any notification about this work and now my property is inaccessible.
To make matters worse, there is no clear way of raising a complaint.

Have you spoken to the team onsite about this? Have the team carried out the work and are you now able to access your drive?
