why can't I sign n to my router?

To log in to the Hub 3's menu use the 8 digit numeric password printed on the bottom of the Hub. 
Note this is not the same as the Wi-Fi password.

To reset the Hub to the factory passwords & settings, press the rear RESET button for 60 seconds, then leave the Hub powered on to revert to the original shipping condition

Finaly, numeric password works no need to factory reset

Hub 3 has a "Show" option so we can verify the password is correct before clicking Next
