WiFi not working, again!

Hello, my WiFi has not worked in a couple months now. All wired connections are fine but WiFi drops out after about 30 seconds of being connected! Works again if I disconnect the device and connect again. When connected speeds are good as expected. 

A technician came out a few weeks ago and replaced the Hub, which fixed it for about 2 weeks until the 4th of November when there were scheduled works in the area, since these works it has not worked again. The technician also put us on the list for extra WiFi extenders that we have not received.

Login to the Hub's menu via a network connected computer.   http://192.168.0.1/

Check the Wi-Fi SSID / Passwords of the VM Hub matches what your devices are expecting.

Yes they seem to match on all devices!

What SSID is the VM Hub broadcasting ?

I’m not 100% sure. On wireless security it says:

2.4Ghz WiFi Network Name (SSID) broadcast: Yes

5Ghz WiFi Network Name (SSID) broadcast: Yes

That’s all I can find about SSID

I have taken a look on our side and it does look as though you will need another engineer visit.
