Website being blocked?

Hi there,
We're a new social media platform that has performed a soft launch and from doing so we've discovered that a number of our users utilising Virgin Media are being blocked from accessing our site.  This is obviously a concern for a new platform that is looking to grow!

I've attempted to contact Virgin Media through a variety of channels but I'm having no luck getting a genuine response as to why our site is being blocked.

Is there anyone that can help with this? I see in the past other users have managed to get help via the forum so I thought I'd chance my luck!

Your link is showing 1 entry on Virus Total for 'malicious' from CyRadar. The previous Virus Total report, from 6 days ago, was showing warnings from 5 different providers for malicious/phishing/malware.

Have you reported via this email to unblock?

The website https://app.socrates.com is being blocked by VM's Virus Safe DNS filter.

Hopeful the website is not another crypto scam.

Definitely not a crypto scam!  I'm trying to find official channels to communicate with VM about this but having no luck.  As I mentioned, this is me chancing my luck on here as we can't find anything via the official website.

Thanks for providing the link.  I'll give it a read and try down that route.  I'm aware that a number of cybersecurity firms have had us listed as malicious and i've been communicating with them to resolve the problem.

CyRader is one that i'm not having any luck communicating with.

Since you now only have one entry remaining with CyRadar, and no one else appears to be blocking you on blocked.org.uk, you may well get away with emailing with a request to unblock now.

It doesn't happen instantly though.

Anything the VM forum team do on here is likely to be referring your request on rather than any direct action to unblock
