Sp01-uk pod will not connect to Hub5

Good evening, 

I recently received my hub5 but unfortunately the pods from our previous hub will not connect to the v5 hub. Can anyone assist me please.

I'm glad we have been able to assist and get the Wi-Fi pods updated for you.
As advised - please reboot the hub and place the pods near the hub and they will join over.

I'm sorry to hear aout the issues with the Wi-Fi pods you are having.
It seems that the pods are connected to the old hub and needs to be transferred over.
