Return rooter

I need to return my rooter before I leave the country in less than a week. My return box hasn’t arrived, what address can I post it to?

Thanks fot your post and welcome back to the community.

Sorry to hear the returns kit has not been sent, there may be an issue with getting one sent given the timeframe however we do have a link to order a returns kit.

Could there be anyone that can return it for you?

You can create your own returns label <<< here >>>  if you have a printer.

After clicking Create a new label. you will be prompted for your email address. Once you receive the email you will be able to print out a returns label which includes a barcode. You can then parcel up your equipment and drop it off at the nearest Collect + store.  make sure you receive a tracking receipt and keep it safe.
